CANNIBAL PRIDE DIY PCB BUILD DOC

Hey! Thanks so much for picking up a tape!

I hope you enjoy building up this PCB to make your own noise/drone synthesizer.

Cannibal Pride is a 3 oscillator drone synth with CV sync for each oscillator and a ‘Smother’ control (Labeled Timbre on the PCB) that suffocates the drones down to geiger-counter like fragments of noise. Each oscillator is set to a different frequency Low, Mid and High. The low control falls into LFO territory and controls the overall pulsing of the drones. You can adjust the frequency of the drones by increasing/decreasing C3 (low), C4(mid) or C5(high). The bigger the capacitor the lower the oscillator frequency, the smaller the capacitor the higher the frequency. The size of the potentiometer determines the range of the oscillator so as the pot size increases so does the range. You can experiment with changing these values to tune the drones to your own liking. The preset values are where I felt they worked best but feel free to experiment!
